I am a Customer Success specialist, advising customers and partners in their digital transformation strategic projects.
How do I do it? Listening to the customer, assessing their challenges and facilitating and coordinating the necessary resources in my organization. This is what makes us to be a team with the customer and the partner, working towards a successful project, resulting in solid references and increasing customer satisfaction.
I hold a Business and Economics University Degree, I have been working on multinational IT Companies for the last 23 years. Currently leaving in Madrid, Spain, I have also lived in The Netherlands and United Kingdo.
Managed to get a solid international background, working on several international projects.
Values I care for are diversity and equity, and I take active part of Oracle Women Leadership, this is a program which facilitates women leadership. This is how we have an impact on changing our society to make it a better place for all.
