Choosing a school for our children can be a difficult task. But if you add to that the fact that you have just moved to another country for your job, the mission may be even more complex. And of course, because we arrive to another country, to which we are not used to, we do not know its culture, its customs, and even more the protocols of selection and application of schools, or as we call them in Chile, "colegios".
Here, the process, even for Chileans, is a bit stressful, I don't even want to think about being an expatriate, having just landed and not knowing what to do with your children and their education. The only thing you know is that they have to go somewhere and study.
