I'm talented and passionate team leadership & coaching, recruitment and agile project management professional.

Currently I'm working as a People & Community Skills Developer and coach at Solita. In my current position I plan & facilitate & coach different initiatives regarding individuals, team and community eg. team leadership & collaboration, mentoring, well-being, self-leadership and other leadership topics.

My core themes in coaching are connection building / dialogue between individuals and in team's human system, aka. team dynamics, systems thinking, leadership & collaboration.

I have strong experience in human leadership, recruitment and project leadership. My strenght is combining business, people and technology into same outstanding business solution.

Talking about the way I like to work, an African proverb says "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." I definitely prefer going far and together :)

Arctic hills, forests, lakes and summer house describe's landscape of my soul. In my free time I might go on summer cottage, picking mushrooms, cross-country skiing, boating, fishing, jogging, playing volleyball or just reading books on my couch.
