Val Serebryany
President
Val Serebryany is the Founder and the President of Mediscan Staffing Services. Val started the company in 1995. Val holds a medical degree from Odessa National Medical University in the Ukraine. Prior to starting Mediscan, Val had 15 years of experience working in the medical field, particularly in the area of radiology. Under Val’s leadership Mediscan has developed from a two people operation to a multimillion-dollar healthcare staffing organization. In addition to his role as President of the company, Val is responsible for implementation of all operational aspects of the company and strategic positioning.
