•Pre-screen candidates with detailed phone screens, evaluating candidate’s compatibility with specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit prior submission to the client.
•Recruit for clients like Coca Cola, Fiserv, IBM, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, Acuity Brands etc.
•Recruit for positions like SAP Consultants, Software Engineers/Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Accountants/ Financial Analysts, Technical Writers, SAN Administrators, Network Engineers and Systems Engineers.
•Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, direct sourcing, Internet searches, and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates and maintain a strong database on a regular basis.
•Serving as the primary contact for candidates for any kind of issues and further convey it to concerned departments.
•Negotiate offer components including start date, salary and benefits. Presented offers to candidates.
•Follow- up with the Human Resources Department or the Administration Department for Background check status and with CRM’s regarding the performance of the candidates or if candidates have any issues on the job.
•Maintain good relationship with candidates and also generate possible references through them
