- In various periods, Taurimas Valys was officially elected as a Vice President of the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Crafts, the Turkish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce, and the French-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce. He was previously a Vilnius City Council member, supervising subsidiary municipal companies (supervising and managing a 1,3 billion+ EUR annual budget).
