Vance A. Hill

I am professionally passionate about 2 things. Selling real estate and helping people with their relocation needs; helping develop youth into strong bodies both physically and spiritually with the knowledge and belief they can do whatever they set their mind to.

I have been in real estate for over 8 years and have seen ups and downs in two very different markets. I am now the owner of Vance Hill, Real Estate Experts & SportStar Relocation Seattle. We are the Official Real Estate Sponsor of Rugby WA. I love what I do by helping clients with their home purchase and/or selling decisions. I am great at what I do. I take my job seriously enough to make a difference in people's lives but not so serious that I allow myself to have fun while doing it.

I received my degree in Fashion Merchandising in 2004 from the Rodgers and Silverman School of Fashion at Kent State University. I interned for a skateboard company out of California my senior year in decision making for the new lines coming out. I was also instrumental in assisting my team win BEST concept for merchandising a new outside shopping mall in NE Ohio.
