Tim Van Dalen

Originally trained as an airplane mechanic, by chance I rolled into baking. Breadbaking to be precise.

Besides the love for this art, I like sharing and thus became a teacher. In baking of course.

Having worked as a baker in various places in the world, I now life in Almere, a city near Amsterdam with my wife Hiltsje.
