Vander DeCastro

As the country manager for Avast in Brazil, Vander DeCastro is responsible of all activities including the development of both consumer and corporate markets through the company's e-commerce platform and channel partnerships respectively. He brings a total of 18 years of sales/marketing experience working for companies in USA and Brazil, 7 of which with internet companies such as Mequedo Uno (Spanish e-commerce),Teia Marketing Online and Eprize.com. In USA Vander worked for Recoll Management Corp. and Boston Technology. In Brazil, Vander has worked for Banco CCF (HSBC Bank) as CRM Marketing Manager and for Comverse Networks as Marketing Manager for Latin America consulting to large customers such as TIM, Claro, Brasil Telecom and others. Vander has earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Northeastern University with a concentration in Marketing and has a Master in Web Analytics. Vander de Castro has both Brazilian and American citizenship.
