Arjan van der Linde

VanderLinde produced 5 albums over the last ten years. Fertility (2006) , Vanderlism (2008),Wind and Rain (2011), Perfect Sadness (2013), and Southbound Train (2015) all received glowing reviews.

The last three albums got a lot of airplay , especially on the biggest German radio stations NDR2, SWR1 and SWR3. German and Dutch TV stations played videoclips of all the singles. In the fall of 2013 Vanderlinde joined Fish (ex Marillon) on an extensive tour of multiple European countries. In 2014 a tour with Bobby Kimball (Toto) is in the works.

Vanderlinde's music is best described as a pure and open soundscape , surprising as well as comfortably familiar. If you're looking for a reference , artists like Crowded House and Jason Mraz come to mind.

Arjan Vanderlinde , the namesake and bass player / guitarist/lead vocalist is also the principal songwriter. He surrounds himself with excellent musicians who bring his songs to life - in the studio as well as on stage. Some of the outstanding players are Wietze Koning (guitar) , Bart Schwertmann (guitar and vocals) and Peter ten Wolde (drums).

Taco Amsing is responsible for the live sound of the band.
