Since I was born and raised in the Phoenix, AZ area I was accustom to being around chili peppers and chocolate. My love of "playing" with spices and herbs grew as I traveled for the airline industry. I decided that I would retire early and start up a food processing company based on the belief there are a lot of spices and herbs that can be added to simple recipes to make food more enjoyable. I've started with a few basic dessert and snack items but will continue to add new ones as I experiment. Life is more enjoyable when good food, family and good friends are brought together.
