I'm an Entrepreneur, Business Development, Process Improvement, and Human Design Consultant with 14 years of cumulative experience.

I'm in the business of connecting people, as well as business systems. My approach to business and process design is always, people first.

Whether in team dynamics, personal and personnel development, client and customer relationships, or business process automation -- my focus is on forging connections that work; seeing through patterns within and without (individuals, organizations, markets), and using these insights to implement strategies geared towards achieving business and personal goals, while keeping in alignment with my client's vision and values.

CURRENT PURSUITS:

• The practice and pursuit of sustainability, specifically the intersection between acquiring food security while conserving the environment and our natural resources.
• Helping build resilient and connected communities, both at work and at home, by fostering relational intelligence through relational presence, and encouraging a culture that is centered on empathy, compassion, authenticity, connection, generosity, and service.
• I also hope to alleviate poverty and reduce income inequality with the first two objectives mentioned above, along with the promotion of financial literacy.
