After the births of my two children and in search of the elusive “better work life balance”, I finally made the decision to be self employed and in March 2008 I launched my own business, The Exceptional Assistant. I am now a virtual assistant providing high level administrative and secretarial assistance to a variety of businesses and individuals.

The clients I have worked with are from every industry imaginable . Many are entrepreneurs who travel a great deal and whose own offices are often a lap top computer and a plane seat. They are grateful to have someone they can rely upon back home to keep the wheels turning (Me!)

My business also mentors other aspiring VA's and I offer a range of training services to help people get their businesses off to the right start. I have also been a guest speaker for many different organisations on the benefits of utilisimng a Virtual Assistant in their business and also on the subject of getting a virtual business established.

I also serve as Company Secretary of the National Sportrs Trainers Inc and as a Director of the Yarra Ranges Enterprise Centres.
