My authenticity invites you to approach me if you think we can partner up or share ideas to improve science at the service of society. I'm a Portuguese writer living in England and doing research on mindfulness and ageism at the University of Kent. My 2015/2016's goal is to bring awareness of how the 7 mindful attitudes can contribute to a better 'me', a better 'you' and a better 'us' on different human settings.
