Vanessa Lloyd Platt is the proprietor of Lloyd Platt & Company Limited, experts in Divorce and all areas of Family Law. The firm represents men and women from all walks of life, along with a number of celebrity clients.
Graduating with a LLB Hons in Law from University College London, Vanessa progressed through her career with a focus on media specific practice as she completed her legal training. Vanessa launched Lloyd Platt & Co. in 1992 and now specialises in matrimonial cases, developing strategies for a wide variety of clients.
Vanessa is extremely proud of the success Lloyd Platt & Co. has seen since it began, with the team leading several ground-breaking divorce cases which have led to Lloyd Platt & Co. developing quoted legal cases.
Throughout her career, Vanessa has served as advisor to several celebrities including Vanessa Feltz, Paris Hilton and Anne Diamond amongst others. Vanessa has also established herself as an influential reporter and journalist, first appearing in the Daily Mail in 1995, and continuing to contribute to several other publications including The Guardian and The Huffington Post. She has went on to publish her bestselling book “Secrets of Relationship Success”, and is currently working on a cookery book with a leading cordon bleu chef.
Furthermore, Vanessa appears as an expert contributor on several news programmes, including: BBC Breakfast, Sky News and The Right Stuff, and in October 2013 she was voted Family Law Commentator of the Year.
Vanessa is a member of several professional societies including, Resolution and the Law Society.
When not engaging with the media, Vanessa enjoys swimming, cooking, dancing, theatre and entertaining friends and family.
