Vanessa Nisperos, LMSW

My name is Vanessa Nisperos. I am an LMSW and the Director of Professional Development at Red Hook Initiative. As an alumni of Silberman School of Social Work Community Organizing department, and 14 year resident of Flatbush, Brooklyn, I am deeply invested in equity and leadership cultivation for impacted communities. I invest my time designing and leading Professional Development & Nonprofit Leadership programs with an equity and inclusion lens.
