About Me

PhD in Food Science (FEA, UNICAMP, 2021), Master's degree in Food Science (FEA, UNICAMP, 2015), postgraduate degree in Science Journalism (LABJOR-UNICAMP, 2016) and degree in Food Technologist (FATEC, 2013).

Experience in food microbiology with a focus on biofilm in the dairy industry. Skills in bacterial enumeration, isolation and identification. Experience with Gram+ bacterial species including Bacillus cereus, Bacillus sporothermodurans, Enterococcus faecalis, Geobacillus stearothermophilus, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus.
