About Me

PhD in Food Science (FEA, UNICAMP, 2021), Master's degree in Food Science (FEA, UNICAMP, 2015), postgraduate degree in Science Journalism (LABJOR-UNICAMP, 2016), and degree in Food Technology (FATEC, 2013).

Experience in food microbiology with a focus on biofilms in the dairy industry. Skilled in bacterial enumeration, isolation, and identification. Experience with Gram-positive bacterial species, including Bacillus cereus, Bacillus sporothermodurans, Enterococcus faecalis, Geobacillus stearothermophilus, Listeria monocytogenes, and Staphylococcus aureus.
