I can send you the results to directly by email for you to review and select for showings. Next, we'll go out and see the properties you've selected.
4. Offer Process - I'll structure the offer personally for you with the conditions and terms to protect you - and at the best price to protect your finances.
After this point, I'll assist you through the process of home inspection, lawyers, movers, government tax credits and closing the transaction.
Meeting your needs as a Seller
To effectively list a property, one should first take a step back and reverse roles. The seller and their agent should try walking in a potential buyer's shoes. The buyer is just like you and i, so I always encourage that we go out take a look at similar properties for sale in your area. It is my job to effectively market your home, while getting you the highest price possible.
Selling a house in today's challenging real estate market requires more than just a sign in the yard and an ad in the newspaper. I use a broad-based marketing approach designed to expose your home to the maximum number of qualified buyers and brokers.
I'll put together an individual strategic marketing plan for your home.
Handyman Specials
If you're looking for a do-it-yourself project, I can provide you with a selection of Power of Sale, Distress Sale and other homes prices from 15%-40% below market value. While there is sometimes a large financial advantage in these types of purchases, a buyer must also consider the overall commitment involved in a property of this type. Nonetheless, if you're handy, or willing to invest some money into one of these properties, these can be some of the most rewarding purchases.
