Most recently as the Associate Managing Director at Japanese DTC mattress brand, airweave, I drove marketing strategy for the US e-commerce business, leading a team in executing integrated programs across paid and social media campaigns, affiliate marketing, and brand partnerships. In addition to marketing I was responsible for profitability & sales, customer service, and web management & optimization. I played a key role in shaping earned media and marketing results that helped us be recognized as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2022 in the Asia Pacific.
