Welcome to my site! I have taught yoga for 14 years along the west coast and now in beautiful Jackson Hole Wyoming. I teach fun, alignment based group flow classes at Akasha Yoga. I also offer private and semi private instruction. I specialize in working with people who lead an active lifestyle, i.e. people who have tight muscles or are injured from doing what they love!

I am also a health coach. My coaching is based in habit science, ayurveda and with a specialty in working with women with hormonal and adrenal issues
