Vanessa Francis is a reporter and broadcast journalist with a serious bank of TV and radio experience both in the UK and Australia.
She is currently a Reporter for ITV's national flagship breakfast programme Daybreak and regularly covers Correspondent shifts, reporting live on location for top bulletin news stories.
In the UK she has produced for highly regarded broadcasters including Channel 4 News and Sky News Radio. In Australia she has reported for The Weather Channel on Foxtel as well as reading Sydney's evening news bulletins for Nova 969 and Classic Rock FM.
Vanessa has a passion for the great outdoors. When she's not travelling around the country for work she's camping and hiking, be taking on another mountain or exploring Britain's beautiful coast.
A proud Australian, Vanessa has been living in the UK on and off for ten years and is looking forward to gaining her British Citizenship in 2014.
