I normally don't put anyone on my Friend list that I haven't ever met personally. You might like looking at all of the racing pics that I've put in my Profile. I know how daunting Facebook can seem to be when you first get started. You'll find yourself a little overwhelmed with the Friending thing. But that will calm down pretty soon for you. And, I really love the technology and connecting with so many people that I haven't had a reason or a way to connect with.
I was a race car driver for many years. I was headed towards a career in Indy Cars and got up to Indy Lights and then I did some IMSA GTP at the Daytona 24 Hours race. But NASCAR drew my attention and I bought a Thunderbird chassis JR-5 from Jack Roush and took it to Phoenix International Raceway and I made the show. Sent plenty of unhappy Winston West drivers home when they didn't qualify. I ran the whole race and finished 26th. I also raced Winston Cup twice at Sears Point's road course and twice over in Japan. I tried to make the Winston Cup races twice at Indianapolis, twice at Michigan and once at Watkin's Glen. Lots of PICs to look over in my Facebook and I have them all set up to be viewed without Friending me.
