Vardan Ter-Antonyan

Vardan Ter-Antonyan is an Armenian-American scientist and research and development executive working in the pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, and over-the-counter (OTC) health product industries. Born in Yerevan, Armenia, he has more than two decades of experience across scientific research, regulated product development, operational leadership, and commercialization strategy.

He holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biophysics and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified by the Six Sigma Global Institute. His professional work has included senior roles in research and development, operations, and technical leadership within organizations ranging from early-stage ventures to large-scale enterprises.

Ter-Antonyan is the author of C-Suite Bible, a book focused on executive leadership structures and decision-making processes inside regulated and corporate environments. In addition to his corporate roles, he is associated with Ter-Antonyan Consulting LLC and has contributed to scientific and technical publications, including peer-reviewed research on formulation stability and degradation kinetics.
