PROGRAMS OFFERED

Ready to Write is a handwriting program offered to children from Pre-Kindergarten to 6th Grade with the goal to improve legibility.

Using the proven successful Handwriting Without Tears® Program, children will engage in an intensive OT approach to handwriting.

This program provides creative and fun strategies to help teach and improve handwriting skills in school-aged children. Through the use music, dance, fine and gross motor movements, children are learning, developing and transferring new skills towards improved handwriting.

Bendy Bodies is program teaches basic yoga poses to children benefiting body and mind. Children's yoga builds strength, muscle tone, and balance while improving energy levels, coordination, flexibilty and body awareness. With the focus on breathing, students can bring awareness to their breath, which empowers self-regulation.

Varsha Canagasaby, licensed and registered Occupational Therapist.

Varsha recieved her Masters of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

With a innate passion for working with children, Varsha has found her niche working with children with sensory and learning needs. Her treatment focuses on multi-sensory strategies that aim to promote optimal learning with children.
