I am a professional recruiter with almost a decade of recruiting experience in APAC and Middle East geographies.

I am currently based out of Dubai and specialize in hiring for eCommerce, Technology and FMCG organisations.

As a recruiter I've dealt with candidates and clients from both sides of the table. I've worked in a corporate environment and also worked as an external recruiter.

I believe one of the main purpose in my life is to help people realise their dream and I am able to do this as a Recruiter. I may not be able to help everyone but I will be honest and do my best to represent my clients and candidates.

I live and breathe ecommerce in my daily life and have a deep level of knowledge and interest in the ecommerce and digital domain.

Whether its a simple concept like SEO, SEM, PPC etc. or if its complex subject like A/B testing, CRO etc. I believe understanding these technical concepts have really helped me a lot in recruiting the best talent for my clients.

Outside of work I love writing blogs and do have a number of blogs where I contribute. I love traveling to new places and meeting new people to understand their cultures and background. I enjoy hiking and trekking to mountains especially in Himalayas.

I also follow a lot of tech and ecommerce information blogs and read books to gain knowledge. Otherwise you would find me spending time with my family.
