I work at the intersection where Law meets Technology!
I am always intrigued by emerging tech and try to venture into spaces where there is lawlessness, such endeavours have open avenues for me in Startups in India in 2012 ( when even the term was not defined in Indian Law) and in Blockchain in 2017 ( being the first lawyer from India to file RTI to Government in matter of Crypto) and bring out the lawlessness in that space in India.
Since then I have ventures to help more than 280+ Tech startups ideas grow from the realms of possibilities to tangible businesses. I was contributor in their growth story either by helping them raise cross border funds, constructing global legal structures, enabling growth through transparent cloud accounting systems or just process reengineering to make businesses more efficient!
These days Blockchain and Digital Asset space is where I find my happiness and mojo, where I speak on inane topics of how Countries can develop their Digital Asset laws, how the new Web 3.0 shall be constructed and contributing how the globally accepted double entry accounting system shall be replaced by a more transparent triple entry accounting system.
29 of my clients are Forbes 30 Under 30. 18 are YCombinator Funded. 70% of my total clientele have been funded by World's top 75 VC Firms or recognised by the Governments for their innovation.
