Vasco Grãos

I am 15 years old and I am a student at the Music Conservatory of Coimbra, Portugal, where I attend the 6th grade of classical guitar with the teacher and renowned guitarist André Madeira.

I have performed my first big concert at the XV Encuentro Internacional de Guitarra Clásica “Norba Caesarina”, in Caceres, Spain, in 2020.

I was awarded in 25 national and international competitions, including Spain, Argentina, United States, Albania, France, Montenegro and Finland, taking first place 12 times. I was recently awarded 1st place ex-aequo at the 3rd Tampere Classical Guitar Competition in Finland. The contest took place online, live, having competed together with 17 guitarists of various nationalities. I have also been selected as a finalist in the Piazzolla Music Competition, the most important international recognition I received, having been selected along with 22 other musicians of all ages, from all over the world and many of them professionals of various instruments.

Tenho 15 anos e sou aluno no Conservatório de Música de Coimbra onde frequento o 6º grau de guitarra clássica com o professor e conceituado guitarrista André Madeira. Realizei o meu primeiro grande concerto no XV Encuentro Internacional de Guitarra Clásica “Norba Caesarina”, em Cáceres, Espanha, em 2020 e fui galardoado em 25 concursos nacionais e internacionais.
