Dreams are shaped by ideals and families shape the beliefs we grasp so strongly. My parents save and change lives through a medical career and growing through the years I have seen how an effort can be radical in altering lives, I hope to hold that ability someday to drive business and social change through software. Most children acquire the same eye colour or a similar shaped nose from their parents but I’ve inherited my father’s passion to explore the world with inquisitive eyes constantly seeking to learn more , and my mother's humility and diligence. I was fascinated by technology and wanted to know how and why things worked they way they did. So, I chose to be an engineer.
I graduated from BITS Pilani- one finest technical institutes in India, in my field of interest. I was the President of my regional cultural association. I did a lot of project work as part of the Computer Science Association as well. BITS, for me, was a place to explore and expand my horizon.
I come from the state of Haryana, famous for its agriculture, boxing and carefree lifestyle. I’ve picked up few habits from my region, among them are fitness training and computer programming. What does this mean? Having a foot in both worlds gives me a sense of balance and perspective. Beyond that, my fitness freak attitude has influenced my software coding and future interests in ways I never expected. I try to code like I’m working out, with bravado and panache.
I believe in the spirit of service. I was Recognized as ‘Green Brigadier’ for exceptional work at Green Brigade, an NGO which addresses environmental issues, I frequently tutored under privileged students at the CA sponsored Hope school. I thoroughly enjoy dancing. I have choreographed and performed in over 41 events now, through CAdence and as a core member of Dance Club BITS Pilani.
I like to travel, but prefer calm and serene places over hustling ones. I am passionate about dance, photography and cricket. My hobbies also include listening to hip hop music, audio mixing, and watching tv(yep, a bit old school). I love to hit the gym. Fitness training is my therapy. On the MBTI, I am an ENTJ although I think I am more of an introvert. I live life to the fullest, discovering every opportunity on offer, keeping myself busy all the time
