Vikash Basdeo

My name is Vikash Basdeo and I have many talents. I played the clarinet for four years and currently play the Indian classical drum called the tabla. I am very good at Math and Science. I love swimming and I am a Junior Lifeguard. I believe in Hinduism and all beliefs that Hindus believe in. We believe in reincarnation and karma. Karma carries through all of your reincarnations, so if you do something bad or good it will come back to you sooner or later. I am a black belt in Jeet Kun Do. Jeet Kun Do is a martial art created by Bruce Lee to modify the traditional art or Win Chun so that it did not leave you open to being hit. It also made it so instead of being flat on the ground you would need to be on your toes. I enjoy fishing in both fresh and salt water. Although I enjoy both types of fishing I prefer going freshwater fishing because it is usually much quieter and from my experiences much easier to catch fish. I am a very good chess player and I played in middle school chess tournaments.
