Victor Beerkens has attended courses in Hotel Management, Business Administration (BBA, MBA) and various commercial, innovation, and leadership courses and trainings. He has developed a successful track record as "growth manager" and "innovation broker". Victor has knowledge of marketing, sales and innovation management, combined with finance, product management, design, R & D and production. He has gained experience with Philips, Ericsson, Avaya and Ordina in the past 25 years in the field of high tech / ICT, business services, customer service, and industry sectors such as automotive and care. Beerkens has, in addition to his commercial management positions in the business sector, experience in supervising (start-up) companies as entrepreneurial consultant and specializing in introducing new products and services. His company "Sport eXperience" guides entrepreneurs with sports innovations in international markets. In addition, he is affiliated with GGz Eindhoven and, from his role as innovation manager, co-sponsors the HighTech Care & Cure program "Health Tech Yard", including Eindhoven University of Technology.
