Hi I'm Victoria, a fresh faced thirty-something from Leeds, England who has decided to go on-line to share passions and interests for all things fitness, nutrition, health and wellness related with other like-minded people.

Don't get me wrong I am not a certified Nutritionist, or Personal Trainer and so the information and opinions I share via my blog and website are just that.

However I have been eating a fairly strict Paleo diet and going to the gym four - five times a week consistently for the past few years (mainly throwing large kettle bells around and lifting heavy weights!) and as such I have invested a significant amount of time learning how to eat clean and well and how to train efficiently, depending on the type of body changes and gains you are looking to achieve.

More recently I have also started trying to fit yoga into my weekly routine wherever possible and I have been enjoying the new challenges this is bringing.

My goals with this blog is to help others understand and see the benefits of what eating well, lifting weights (yes really!) and leading an overall healthier lifestyle can bring...

Even if it is one step at a time.

Unfortunately it isn't an overnight fix and will take time and bags of commitment to get your body and mind to where you want it to be (believe me I'm still working on it!)

However as with anything in life, you have to work at it and with the right mind set and determination then anything is possible!
