I am a Senior at Arizona State University. I am pursuing my bachelors in General Studies, with a minor in Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle. I have worked at Sprouts Farmers Market for 8 years and believe that I have those 8 years to thank for my lifestyle choices! I love leading a healthy life style and staying fit. I have experienced what it was like to be a body builder, participating in a bikini competition, but found that it wasn't quite my niche. I am now doing Crossfit and LOVE it. Nothing better than slamming down heavy weights for breakfast! ;]
