Hi I’m Vearle I'm a Maternity Specialist passionate about moms' and babies' birth and parenting experience. I'm an Advanced Midwife, IBCLC Lactation consultant, Baby Massage, Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator and currently studying APPPAH pre and perinatal psychology. I worked at Corniche Hospital as a Midwife and Educator for 4 years then set up the maternity services for homecare nursing services and primary health care clinic.
I've been COO of an homecare nursing company in Al Ain for the past year. As both a certified Life & a Leadership Coach my purpose is to actualize the inherent potential within people and organizations to develop and perform at their best, particularly in times of change and challenge, supported by best-practice and international evidence-based knowledge.
With over 25 years combined experience in management, clinical practice, education, training, Quality Improvement familiar with Jawda, Tasneef, Daman, HAAD, CARF & JCI, I have an efficient and organized approach to my work, while being collaboratively creative and energetic as a proactive team player with excellent organisational and communication skills. I work well under pressure bringing direction and support to the work environment in order to achieve the company’s goals.
