It's so much fun to plan a surprise party. To get one more perspective, people should check-out: rehab cabana. I in the offing a party for my mother for her 70th birthday. After it was around, I realized how much she didn't find out about the planning I'd done. We learned about surrender night club guest list by browsing the Denver Sun.
I used to be able to create quite a bit for her scrapbook. Dad and I actually began making plans per year in advance. I started her scrapbook with a calendar page in the year before. I then included data and photos from every one of the banquet rooms we had considered. The party room we finished up selecting was in a hotel, so we saved a postcard from the hotel and also a brochure of the hotel.
We did employ a singer and so I included some data from his site to enhance the scrapbook also.
When we compiled the guest list, I printed it out so she'd know who we invited. I'd asked for R.S.V.P.s through mail and so I was able to print out most of the emails, both those saying theyd like to attend and those that have been regrets. A number of the regrets actually wrote individual communications to give to my mother. So, these were given to her at the party and then put in her scrapbook with-the other messages.
I also saved among the announcements so she could begin to see the invitation that went out to all of her friends.
When planning a surprise party journaling can also be fun. Like, my mother didn't need to head to the restaurant where the party had been held. We journaled about how we'd to tell her that no one else could accommodate our family that evening and how this area was the only real one that served foods my sister could eat. When we arrived, we did not wish to go through the parking garage, and so we brought my mom around the side of the restaurant. She certainly thought we were all nuts, not knowing where we were going. These are good things to journal being a memorial of the function.
Throughout the party, we had multiple people taking pictures. We of course were the last guests to arrive and I needed photos of other guests because they appeared and of the hor d'orves table. And of-course we needed a photo of my mother walking in and being surprised.
We did just take images throughout the morning and had a great deal to work w
