WHO AM I?
I am Industrial Engineer Mechanical and Industrial Organization with specialization in Management Master of Business Aircraft. During my eight years at General Electric as a Project Manager of New Products, I was able to get certified as a Master Black Belt in DFSS, Lean Expert and Reliability Practitioner.

WHAT DO I DO ?
Currently I work in LTK Services responsible for the Division of Engineering and Operations. While the focus of my work bases on the Aeronautical Sector where I analyze operations and improve our operations support for Airbus and Airbus Military. Collaborate actively to industry associations such as the Madrid Aerospace Cluster and Logistics as the Spanish Logistics Centre. Additionally, I am former of Innovation in Operations at Euroforum.

Experience in major national companies in the industrial and energy sector during my time strategic consulting, allows me to easily deploy the strategic plan at the operational level by developing Hoshin Kanri and the management of human resources and support to Department needed to carry it out.
I'm passionate about continuous improvement and especially the Lean methodology, especially work at Gemba, the direct relationship with the workers and middle managers and share your goals.
