Maria Veneke Ylikomi

Maria Veneke is a Goodwill Ambassador for the Globcal International Cooperative Development Commission in Stockholm, Sweden and Administrator of International Observances.
Maria Veneke has vast experience in language consulting, mainly in the Swedish language but also in English. She enjoys writing and has among other things contributed with fact texts for a book about the four big cats jaguar, tiger, lion and leopard (available in Swedish). She regularly writes articles for a Swedish Women Football Magazine.
Her time spent as a volunteer at an orphanage in war-torn Cambodia (Sunrise Children's Village) gave her new thoughts about the most important values in life. Thus she has decided to help vulnerable children as much as possible.
Her great interest in travelling has brought her to more than 30 different countries and she continues to learn more about different cultures but also similarities between all humans. As an Administrator of International Observances she develops awareness about international issues. Almost everyday, everywhere in the world, people are celebrating, remembering, discovering & learning something generating our collective human awareness.
In 2014 Maria Veneke was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel.
