Venkat Janapareddy is passionate about making the most of companies. As an angel investor he creates and invests in high-tech startups and products; he also provides diverse consulting and staffing services to existing businesses. Venkat has over twenty years of experience in the employment industry, and he has founded ventures which connect companies with exceptional talent.

Janapareddy is currently working with Cintell both in investment and as their business consultant. Similarly, he currently serves as the incubator and CTO of Dragonfly Data, another young data company.

Venkat received his bachelor’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India. In 2002 he founded XpertTech Inc., a company that uses expert staffing and recruiting skills to secure high-quality talent in application development and infrastructure support positions. It was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the “Inc 5000,” a list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, for five consecutive years.

In 2012 Venkat Janapareddy combined his passions for employment and big data by founding Gozaik, a startup that helps employers engage and eventually retain new recruits via social media outlets like Twitter. Gozaik uses big data to help these employers improve the scope and target of their job ads on social networks so that they’re more likely to reach the right people.

He also excels professionally as a tech architect with Deloitte Consulting. Outside of his engaging career he enjoys exercise, football, and spending time with his family.
