Too often, many of us feel divided in our lives, separated in how we spend our days from our true selves, our gifts, and the work that brings us alive. Everyone thinka of work as earning money and something which needs work-Life balance.

For some, like me, work means keeping oneself busy. Ask retired professionals who feel terrible while sitting at home and thinking about the long cherished days they have left behind.

I started loving the busy life throughout my graduation dyas. Multiple internships, keeping abreast with the happenings of college, creating clubs and participating in the decison making had always been my area of success. Never the thought occured to me that one day I would be on the way of becoming a manager in any esteemed company.

The realization struck me during the final years years of the graduation. The tensions of event organizing, the pride looking at the team which one belongs to, whether be it a college project or a event of some committee and the celebration of the succes after long and hard work all made me realize that management was definitely my cup of tea.
