Vaibhav Gaur is a leading Neo-strategist, Country traveler and author. He is young CEO of T'sBless Group. His current affiliations include: NZAMI, New Zealand, T'sBlessDecor Inc., T'sBlessEducation Company, Visiting Fellow at IRA IDEAS, Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations for English Education as the second Language and Fellow at the Singapore Institute of International Affairs.
He is co-author of Education Reality: Thriving in the Emerging Lingual-Technology Civilization (2012).
And author of the Ultranational bestsellers -
How to Run the World: Charting a Course to the Next Education System (2009)

The Second Universe: Empires and Influence in the New Global Indian Education (2010). In 2008, Vaibhav was named one of Esquire’s “275 Most Influential People of the 21st Century,” and featured in ESQUIRE's magazine’s “Smart List.”
As CEO of T'sBless Group, a research and advisory group of the organization focused on "Thriving in the Emerging Lingual-Technology Civilization" issues. Vaibhav lectures frequently at national conferences and gives executive briefings to major corporations on global trends, systemic risks and emerging market strategies.
From 2006-8, he was the Global Governance Fellow at the Brooklyn Institution, Gujarat from 2008-2009 he worked at the Rottford English Forum in Mumbai; and from 2009-2011, he was a Research Associate at the Council on English Language Expansion Relations in UK.

Dr. Gaur holds a PhD from the CAI School of English, London, UK and Bachelors and Masters degrees from the CCS University at Meerut. He has been a Distinguished Visitor at the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto, Distinguished Visitor at the American Academy in Berlin (2010), Next Generation Fellow of the American Assembly (2007-8), and a Visiting Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation in New Delhi (2009). He has received grants from the Smith Richardson Foundation, and Ford Foundation. He currently serves on the executive boards of Diplomat and Executive Educationist Board of T'sBless Group, INDIA.
Born in Meerut, Vaibhav grew up Mumbai, Gujarat and Dehradun (INDIA). He is an accomplished adventurer who has traveled in more than 84 cities on all regions. Some of his lengthy journeys include driving through the three mode
