I have over 16 years of overall IT experience, including technology consulting for over 10 years to Banking & Financial sector clients in many countries.

I lead and guide clients to pursue various domains of 'Enterprise Architecture' and IT Strategy & Target Operating Model' initiatives in alignment with their business strategy & driving their business transformation initiatives.

My current specialization and focus are in business process transformation / improvement and implementation of enhanced Business Architecture using “Business Processes Management” BPM. Within BPM, my expertise is in Strategy, Planning & Roadmap, Architecture and guidance for Engineering aspects of BPM. I will be a key contributor to its “Governance” aspect as well.

I have extensive experience in working with CIO/CTO of client institutions, LOB/BU heads & senior IT stakeholders, Project/Program management, Developer community, non-technical / Business domain experts, stakeholder management. I am experienced in relationship building.

Besides Architecture, I have over 2 years of Project Management & Engagement Management experience, managing teams from 3 -24 colleagues and almost 9 years of experience leading high-performance teams.

I am very passionate about mentoring and coaching colleagues and believe in empowerment. I am adaptable to new cultures and have an aptitude for learning new languages. I am a quick learner and have an appetite for continuous learning. I am open for opportunities in other industrial sectors and will adapt existing technology and architecture skills for other industries.

I am a proud father of 2 angels. Outside my work, I love music, especially A.R.Rahman. I also travel a lot, admire Temples, Church's and other buildings architecture. I read a lot - especially on military technologies & geopolitics. I also cook - few, but exotic recipe & ordinary recipe exotically - my 'Signature Recipes' - Strictly for Connoisseur. I am improving my Photography & Gardening. I collect Stamps, Coins, Currencies and Perfumes. Friday evenings are meant for World War, Musical & Hitchcock classics. An evening with soulful Sufi and Davidoff Rich Aroma Coffee is the beginning of my luxury.
