Over the past 18 years, Venus Michael, has worked with multiple companies such as Sole Proprietorship's, Corporations and LLC's. These companies have ranged from 1 employee to 250 employees, giving her the experience needed to stay up to date and familiar with state and local laws concerning reporting of income, sales tax, franchise tax, payroll and payroll taxes.
During that time she has seen the changes in HR laws and regulations and how it can affect the business and business owner. She has watched the trends with marketing and kept herself up to date with the latest ways to effectively reach out to potential clients. She has trained multiple teams of people to handle the administrative side of large office.
Every year, Venus attends training to stay current on IRS regulations, bookkeeping regulations, bookkeeping trends and marketing strategies.
Her years of experience in Accounting have allowed her to help companies of various sizes:
