Vera Muzzillo

Vera Muzzillo is a businesswoman with many notable accomplishments at Proforma, one of Ohio’s leading companies for printing and promotional products. She serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer; her husband, Greg Muzzillo, founded Proforma in 1978.

Along with company recognition, Ms. Muzzillo has received numerous awards for successes in business. In 2010, Counselor magazine awarded both Vera and Greg Muzzillo “Person of the Year.” The same year, Proforma ranked highly on Ohio’s top printing and promotional industry’s business lists. Proforma was named #1 Top Distributor on Promo Marketing magazine’s yearly list; #2 on Counselor magazine’s list, and #3 on Print Solutions magazine’s list. In the past, Vera and Greg Muzzillo were named as some of the Most Influential People in the Promotional Products Industry.

Vera Muzzillo graduated from the University of Notre Dame and worked for 15 years with Comerica Bank before joining Proforma. She came to Proforma with experience in investment and commercial banking, as well as business consulting. This experience assisted Proforma in becoming the multimillion-dollar company it is today.

Vera Muzzillo volunteers for Holy Name School and Brother Rice High School. She is not only a successful businesswoman, but also the mother of 10.
