Other facilities that are close to The Verandah Residences are Kent Ridge Park and West Coast Park, and many other shopping malls and famous food chains.
Figuring out the house that you want to purchase is not the easiest thing in the world do. This is a very big decision and it is a decision that you should not take lightly. Never rush a home buying choice. Take your time and really think about. Now I realize that you will be worrying about finding a home and then not acting on it fast enough and having a home disappeared from the marketplace. That does happen, but I would argue it is better to lose out on a home and spend some time really analyzing the decision then to rush into a home only to find out that it was a bad choice.
Remember that once you have signed the mortgage agreement there really is not any way out of it aside from being able to sell the home very rapidly. Chances are that will not happen. This is why I think that it is okay to chance losing a home if it means giving yourself enough time to process everything in order to come to a very logical decision. The worst thing you can do when it comes to buying a house is to let your emotions take over. Home buying should not be an emotional decision.
