The China Health Declaration is a standard global statement on medical matters that's been adopted by most nations in the world including China. It sets out fundamental principles for China's healthcare system, setting out what the country's healthcare system should strive to do and not to do, and what its federal healthcare system ought to do. It's a significant global legally binding instrument that covers all elements of China's healthcare system, including identification, treatment, medical procedures and diagnosis, prevention, safety, research and development, etc.. It has been embraced by over 200 nations.

The aim of the statement is to promote health system efficacy and quality. It intends to establish criteria that would direct other healthcare organizations to set up standards that are similar. Additionally, it aims to create conditions for a publicly exchange of information and knowledge on the essential topics of healthcare, especially to build international standards of good practice. Additionally, it aims to set up guidelines for physicians and nurses in hospitals, clinics and nursing homes, and help them to blend traditional Chinese medicine with Western medical science. The declaration was drafted after consultations with health specialists from all over the world including representatives of the WHO, World Health Organization, Red Cross, along with the United States National Institutes of Health.
