Welcome to my profile. Allow me to tell you a little bit about me.

My name is Diogo Veríssimo, I'm a portuguese designer and illustrator, an easy smiler, an avid dreamer and a person who loves to learn, to explore and to get lost.

My art has been through a few fases and I expect it to continue to change, as I get easily bored when doing the same thing for a while, even though I love what I do, and I'm still trying to find my style, something that will make me feel most comfortable working in. Most of what I know about illustration, design, etc and my skills, I learned by myself.

I get my ideas from pretty much anything, scenes I see on television, sentences I read in books, that awakens in my mind some sort of image or concept. I usually start with a concept or a visual idea of what I want to do at that time and try to follow that idea but, most of the times, I tend to improvise, as I feel that it allows me to be free creatively.
