Verlaine Quinniey

I am the owner of the Professional Critique, a personal and professional development consulting business whose focus is with youth and young adults but I will assist anyone to help them reach their full potential.

My experience working within career services in higher education and my current position working in workforce development has allowed me to see that there is a great need to begin training the youth to develop goals early on and the steps that are needed to attain them. I host resume, interviewing , and social media workshops. I have planned and executed several community service events and professional networking events within the Hampton Roads community.

By day, I assist entrepreneurs in starting their own business by recruiting for the LAUNCH Hampton Roads Entrepreneurship Training Program. By night, I serve on several community boards and committees.

I love that my time is spent serving others and making the world a better place, one day at a time.
