Surviving Hurricane Katrina was a massive turning point in my life. This life changing experience is what propelled me on this journey of self-discovery, and spiritual evolvement. I began to evaluate where I had been in my life, where I was, and where I wanted to go. This was just the beginning of an intense cleansing and refinement of my mind, body, and soul. At that point I became a student of “Life” soaking up all I could about growth, gratitude, grace, intention, and purpose. Taking the time to assess my own journey, and thought processes opened me up to a deeper revelation about life, and what it really means. To inspire, and nurture my generation ("The Milennials") into a reality that we feel connected to, and passionate about in every way spiritually, mentally, and emotionally is the vision that I hold on to with the utmost conviction.

I am in love with my thoughts, and all that we have the power to do with our minds. I love beauty, I love love, and I love that I have the ability to love. I believe that our intention in this life is to learn to heal our thoughts and focus as women, so that we may all move forward with clear objectives toward lives that are more Purposeful, Mindful, & Meaningful. Nothing to me is more intriguing, fascinating, and alluring than the study of life. To know and understand how much we can actually wield our thoughts to expand our mind, and guide our course in life is a natural power like no other! I believe that the study of self, intellectual growth, and extension of universal knowledge, embrace and encompass everything that this experience has to offer us.

I am the author of a children’s book series entitled “Growth, Gratitude & Grace through a Child’s Eyes”, comprised of 5 feature titles. I have created, and designed a lecture course entitled “The Growth, Gratitude & Grace Experience”, and is soon to self publish my first inspirational manuscript “Growth, Gratitude & Grace: The Path of Least Resistance to Change the Course of Your Existence”. I also currently serve on the Board of Director's for Project E.R. (Embracing & Restoring Families) as the Social Media Services Director, and also the Chief Operating Officer, and founder of Gracie's Bowtique Co. (Couture Hairbows & Headbands)
