Vernon is the CEO and Senior Consultant of Down East Management Inc. (DEMI) providing Corporate and Business Service to Global Clients www.demiconsulting.com. He has immense experience in multiple positions and industries spanning 40 years. He is a professional accountant, professional manager and leadership developer with a focus on corporate strategic planning, finance & accounting and turnaround management.

Vernon believes strongly in supporting his profession, community and his faith. He has held a number of positions such as the President of the Certified General Accountants of New Brunswick, President of the Bathurst Chamber of Commerce and in other service groups such as Rotary. He currently is a Mentor and Study Coach at Power to Change Ministry, the Treasurer and Executive Committee member of the Christian Coaches Network International and the Atlantic Region Director of the Canadian Christian Business Federation.
