Verónica Rivadulla Deschamps
Designer, Artist, and Art Director in Culleredo
Hello! I am Verónica and I am a creative designer, taking first motivated steps at UX/UI.
After more than 10 years in graphic design, with experience in front-end web development as well, I became interested in usability and UX design, since I firmly believed that the user had to be the center of our work and it motivated me (and motivates) to facilitate access to technology for people of all types of profiles and ages.
Thus, I recently obtained my UX/UI Design certification at UXER School, where I learned concepts such as research, architectures, flows, wireframes, prototypes, testing... and I felt increasingly closer to my goal. The story did not begin there, because a few years ago I had already started to be interested in user experience and everything that surrounds it, approaching it with small courses and trying to develop small ideas and projects of my own that helped me become familiar with Figma.
For all this, I am doing everything I can to advance and consolidate my career in the world of UX. I don't start from zero. My extensive experience in graphic design gave me the tools and methods, as well as the ability to negotiate and empathize with users. My training and experience in web development helped me configure a “tech mindset”, which helps me understand and communicate better with programming teams.
Personally, I love to practice sports in my leisure time, such as mountain bike or Kenpo Kai (a traditional japanese martial art). About Japan I also love its language, culture and manga/anime.
You can download my resume clicking in the button above, as well as my portfolio in this link, where you can review my training, relevant experience and capabilities, which can surely be useful to contribute to the success of your projects.
I am waiting for new adventures, thanking you for your attention.
Sincerely,
Verónica Rivadulla Deschamps, UX/UI Designer
