I am a Mexican attorney and a certified legal translator with extensive experience in the legal structuring of any type of business transaction in Mexico, including M&A, investment & security structures, private equity, debt, start-up and general contracts.
I enjoy working for my clients in JATA and helping them accomplish their most pressing challenges.
I have a passion for flamenco dancing and spanish music, and I love being a wife and a mother of two incredible kids.
